I am not a scale person I weigh myself once a week, on the same day. I check out my face to see if it is leaner and how my clothing fit I feel real good even though I am obese

I check my weight regularly, but focus on how I feel - not the number that appears when I step on the scales in the morning. When I exercise regularly, I feel so much more energized and in control.

How much do you workout and what kinds of workouts? Maybe you are not pushing yourself as much as you need to.

I work hard to do exercises, and stick to food counts, but except for my clothese fitting better, due to working out, the scales are not my friend.
