Finished Week 2 of Insanity program today...Took the fit test and I made some progress in most of the exercises. But the one thing I really noticed was my increase in endurance is amazing. In addition, I'm performing the exercises with better ease and form. Took my measurements and was totally in shock...Lost 2.5 inches from my waist; 1 inch from my bustline; and .50 of an inch from my hips (problem area). For all who are trying or thinking about trying this program, I highly recommend it. And my advice is...Stick with it and don't be discouraged!

I started the Instanity program a week ago...In a word--"INTENSE." Wasn't sure I could hang in there, but I have so far. Starting to feel my endurance building up in just a weeks time. My daughter's doing the P90X and Insanity hybrid program...Her fitness discipline gives me motivation.
