Its hard to explain, but everyone loses differently. My belly is my issue but my legs are toned. Keep up the good work and eventually everything will fall off.

Yeah, me, too! And I hate buying clothes when I lose inches but somehow I can't decrease the sizes LOL But then, the sizes here are mostly the alphabetical - XS, S, M and so on so maybe if I use the numeric size, I will see much different :D

Weight loss is weird... I know sometimes I lose inches but not pounds and vice versa... And sometimes toned muscle fits into clothes better maybe?

I certainly can't explain it! But I can sympathize! It seems the "trunk" of my body is the last place to lose and the first place to gain! If I go up even a couple of pounds, the waistband on my pants is where I feel it! Just don't give up! It may be the last to go, but go it will - keep making healthy choices and being active. Some core exercises may help - Pilates is great for strengthening abdominal and back muscles.

How come I'm not losing inches?. I am down 3 sizes, yet have only lost a few inches in my waist, hips and thighs. How can this be?
