check out the fitness videos the are alot of chair exercises that can be done for the whole body without putting weight on your foot.
I need suggestions for exercises I can do with my right foot and ankle broke. I did talk the doc. out of a hard cast. But now I'm in this hard boot that comes to my knee, he said no exercising that would put weight on my leg or risk me falling with the boot on. I'm gonna do upper body I know and maybe some floor pilates. Wondering is there much I can do with resistance bands, I've never used one before.
