Unsalted almonds ? They add calories when I need it. I also add ground flax seed to everything.

If you don't love yourself....how can you expect others to.

I would add chia seeds and flax seeds to my morning shakes for fiber, and omaga 3's .

I cannot seem to meet my calorie or fiber needs. I have been here a month and everyday but 1 I have been under on both of these. I eat oatmeal, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, I drink a protein smoothie every morning. I eat 5-6 servings of veggies/fruits everyday. I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any low sodium suggestions please respond. I say low sodium bc I have high blood pressure. Thank you!
