I know how you feel. I started allergy shots last year and doing much better now. I do have to use inhaler before every workout though.
Take care of yourself and just watch you calorie intake and wait until you're better. It's a lifestyle and we all have ups and downs so don't worry (I have an aircast on foot and can't do cardio , so I know how tough it is to just wait it out).
If you don't love yourself....how can you expect others to.

Had to start on steriods on Friday. My chest is tight, my upper back and lungs feel like a vice wrapped around them. Have to back off on my work out today. Hate doing that, but breathing is important too.
