Went to the doctors yesterday. I still can't do any walking and need to stay off the knee but I have been ok'd for upper body and core exercises. I could use some support so I am counting on you guys. I will listen to all suggestions.

Flu and putting my back out really did nothing for the start of 2012 but today I got back on track. Stretches, Dance, Chair exercies and it feels great to be back to doing my exercise. Slow but sure will win.
