So, here I was working my little body to the bone and logging my time when I came across an article. I can't remember the name, maybe you have read it, maybe not, maybe I have even read it before... but the important thing here is it might as well have fallen off a shelf and hit me in the head.
So, I am logging these calories I have burned and it isn't that I'm not seeing changes, because I am, BUT what I read opened the Heavens and I heard angels singing - You want to know don't you.... ok
If you aren't raising your heat beat to 75% at least - for a duration of at least 10 minutes - it is NOT cardio. If you are breathing and talking and feeling all normal.... it does not count.
I have logged a lot of calories that I should not have, I realized. Not all of them are wrong, but there is a lot that are. So, I am making a commitment to myself to make sure I do at least 10 minutes of REAL cardio a day and to watch closely to what I log in.
These other movements I do are excellent, but if I am going to be true to myself, then I am going to do it right.
