Wow! That is a lot to give up all at once, but I commend you on making such a move. Just think how much healthier you are just by doing this for a month.
I am self employed so I take care of my nephew when he is not in school. That is my time where I can go to the gym and also work. So I can understand being short for time some days.
When I first started working out I use to do 10 to 15 minutes here and there. I got a mini trampoline, a jump rope, and I taped a couple of workouts from fit tv. I use to alternate them through out the day to get in the 30 minutes I needed a day.
