I worked out this morning on me Total Gym, boy am I out of shape. Tried the beginner tape and spent most of my time grunting and groaning just trying to get into position. I have no flexibility!! I am determined to get into shape though no matter how long it takes. emoticon

emoticon I just got back from Curves did 45 minutes of exercise and walked 30 minutes I'm having a salad for lunch. I'm feeling alot better about myself. You are doing so good. Good luck on your journey to a healthier life style. emoticon

By 8 am I had 4 miles in. Planning on meeting a friend at the park. I am making a veggie salad and we are going for a walk. Loving the results! emoticon
