I agree with Becky. In fact, I plan my meals and snacks, including the times I will eat the night before, and this works out well for me. emoticon

you may not feel like eating, but remember your body needs fuel to go on...and you won't lose any weight without that fuel. I know it's hard to eat sometimes, but set aside the time each day for those 3 meals and snacks too. You need your strength to do those exercises!! emoticon

yes I notice that too the more active the less I want to eat but I do drink a lot of water daily. Usually at least 12 eight ounce glasses or more per day.

I have the same experience. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. I do know it is important to keep hydrated though.

Do you find that theharder you work physically, the less you feel like eating?
I still have food on my planned list which just takes me to the bottom end of my calorie limit and I will go and eat it, but I have been active all day and do not feel that hungry.

Every day I look at my own worst enemy in the mirror. Some day we will be friends. My ticker is lbs not kilos
