you may not feel like eating, but remember your body needs fuel to go on...and you won't lose any weight without that fuel. I know it's hard to eat sometimes, but set aside the time each day for those 3 meals and snacks too. You need your strength to do those exercises!! Becky

Do you find that theharder you work physically, the less you feel like eating? I still have food on my planned list which just takes me to the bottom end of my calorie limit and I will go and eat it, but I have been active all day and do not feel that hungry.
