I have been working out consistently for 8 days now. I was so excited to see my Total Gym arrive. I have made a promise to myself that I will use it everyday. We are going to be out of town for Thanksgiving and I will miss the TG but I plan on walking and hope not to gain any of the weight I have been able to lose. emoticon

I am not seeing much movement in the scales but feel better all ready. Walked for 3 miles and did the begginer workout on the Total Gym. emoticon

Saturday and Sunday just a few calories over my top limit but had a couple of meals out.
Back on track Monday. Meals all planned for the week.
