My halo will fall soon. I hope not.
Day 6 in calories, no office sweets or biscuits. 2x 30 min walk today, the weather as smashng.
Pub lunch tomorrow. Ritual before I take my parents food shopping, but I only have the pensioners' portions like them. If I watch I can still stay in calories and I will be cleaning 10 large windows inside along with other bits and pieces of housework so there should be a balance there

Day 5 done inside calories. It was hard as I was bored at work and there are sweets and biscuits a plenty, but I did not give in

Day 3 complete and in calories. No countable exercise but walked round supermarket, along high street and put away my holiday washing.
Exercise starts Monday

I am back today from holiday and amazingly only gained 1lb.
With 9 weeks to Xmas and dresses I bought less than 6 months ago not happy to fasten my target is to lose 9lbs to bring me to 10st 1lb. My heroic goal is to lose 1st by Xmas but realistically 1lb per week average should be manageable with two birthday teas, and 2 Christmas parties to go to in the time. Can I do it? We shall see.
