I read SparkGuy's blog and it motivated me to make two goals and post them daily to Facebook. 1: Walk at least 15 minutes everyday. I walk everyday this was going to be easy.

2: Pick up a piece of exercise equipment and use it at least 10 minutes once a day. This was going to be so easy, I could do it quick, say I did it and be done. NOT SO. After the first minute I looked at the clock, it must have died, only two minutes. Four more minutes, you have got to be kidding me! Four minutes left to go, oh man. One minute to go, hang on you can do it, just barely.

I learned how out of shape I was with that blog and know why I should be here. Thank you for giving me the tools to become healthy and safe, ten minutes at a time.
