Sleepynan is right..got eat more than once per day.

Remember though -- you need to keep the fire in your body stoked with food, else your metabolism will drop. Eating just one meal a day, even if you stay within your calorie range can actually cause you to not lose weight, or possibly even to put it back on.
Moderation in all things - including moderation.
Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.

Thank you. I figure since I am not going to exercise today I should cool it. But then again, I have some corn on the cob that is looking mighty good.
Burger and fries are not that bad, you still have enough calories when you do this to have a healthier 2nd meal.

Today is my only day off so I decided to relax. I went to a movie...We are Marshall...cried from get go...and had a burger and fries, but that is all I am eating today...well, I may have a piece of chocolate cake..hehe
