08-03 = 30-min, morning. Hand wash laundry and the hardest part was washing a bath towel which big enough to cover me from chest to calves (I'm 5 ft 2").

08-04 = 8-min, throughout the day. 4 sets of 2-min burpees which I did after every home chore that I completed (or half completed coz was called to another task).

08-05 = 6 hours of housework (this day was book inventory where I carried books back and forth, re-organize them and re-group them into keep in the shelves or not).

08-06 = 6 hours of housework (still same like previous day, I have lots of books, enough to replace dumbbells!)

08-07 = 13.75 hrs (825 minutes), throughout day & night. Lots of house cleaning chores where lots of sweeping and lifting/moving heavy furniture.

08-08 = 4.75 hrs (285 minutes), morning to noon. I celebrate your birthday with give the finishing touch for cleanup from yesterday and lots of laundry (machine and handwash).

08-09 = 30-min, morning. Hand wash and hang dry laundry then a quick bathroom cleanup.

07-31 = 3-min, morning, 1-min Standing Crunches, 1-min Standing Twist, 1-min Squat Cross Punches. 135-min, afternoon, doing an office job that had lots of squat-stretch-stand-repeat combo and brisk walks (and my stomach started to growl at one point LOL) and by end of the job, my arms and legs were aching madly! Total 138-min.
