10-min ZWOW #10, 5-min combo (6 sets of JR 60x + Burpees 3x), 6-min cool down, 2-min stretches.
03-16 = 25-min:
18-min combo (18 sets of JR 60x + Burpees 3x, it was 3 rounds of 5-min doing exercise, 1-min rest), 3-min cool down, 4-min stretches.
For week 10th to 16th, I got 4 days of more than 20-min, yay!
