Today I have 100 days of exercise in a row thanks to this challenge!
I do the c25k program 3x a week and elliptical or walk or hike or play with my Toddler the other 4 days. I now get in 20-45 min. per day!
Love this challenge, if I can do it, you can do it. I had a 14 hour day (includes commute) and managed the 10 min.
Now I have a shorter day (moved closer to work) and I make time for my exercise, like I make time for brushing my teeth. Gotta do it.
