went to diabetic class tonight - they had good food - I ate the beef & broccoli - they also had potato and banana pudding - all low carb .. nice
walked up & down the stairs there - 2 Xs , 3 floors- knees did not like it - arthritis .. thought I was doing the right exercises to help -oh well...
