Looks like this is the place to post 'daily 10'. I've been noting it in the 'general ' discussion.
I've done one week of 7 days walking at least 30 minutes each day. Yesterday I walked almost an hour. I am also following the SP food plan & feel great! I will post here again later today after my weigh in and walk.

I am a walker Monday - Friday 20,000 steps a day. Saturday & Sunday 15,000 steps sometimes with hand weights. But I feel I need cardio & strength training also. Trying to get motivated - I'm hoping this team can help me with motivation & accountability! Thanks !!!

I did 1 hour of fishing. I know it is not that strenuous of activity, but I did have fun catching 6 fish. Ok I also walked for 30 minutes.
