Well done on the bike! I have an indoor one but am way too nervous in traffic to ride one of our proper cycles.

Have exercised every day for 24 days since starting back here. Thank you for the motivation, Sparkpeople!

I have not been getting notifications to come to this thread.

I have been exercising at least 10 minutes a day, generally more, since my last post. I missed Monday Sept 15, because I was too tired after my birthday weekend.

Today I rode my actual outside bike for 20 minutes. Have only ridden it one other time in the last few years, and that was for 8 minutes. I am feeling quite joyful today.

Correction. I had an issue, so had to come home after babysitting, so no swimming.

Did 31 minutes of stationary biking instead.

Good job girls

Guess Barbie has inspired me. Took my friend Diana back to the Y, and we spent an hour in the pool, moving all of the time. I swam about 25 minutes of that time, so that is what I tracked.

Feeling good, feels so great!

That 30 minutes of "flat abs" walking sounds like a good thing

I only needed coffee at the store today, so did about 20 minutes of quick walking while I was there.

Then I went to the Y and did 35 minute on the recumbent cross trainer. God for strengthening my new knees! Was able to do over 4000 steps.

Feeling good.

Today's JS session was 30mins Buns and Thighs Walk. Almost entirely squat and lunge free which was useful with my iffy knees. However I may well know about it in the morning. Hard work!

Days 6 and 7 were a bit of a motivational struggle but I at least did the 10 each day. I also found out about a new FitBit role playing game (FitRPG) that I will try to put on my tablet in hopes to get an added boost.

Very excited, went to the Y to sign up for my free Silver Sneakers membership.

Worked out on the recumbent cross trainer for 20 minutes 10 minutes on the upright bike, and 8 minutes on the treadmill.

Swam in my pool for about 10 minutes when I came home.

Yesterday afternoon, I swam for 35 minutes after the bike ride.
