Thanks for the help. What I realized is I have to click "show details" on my emails before that button shows up. Searching for something everybody said was there and not finding it had me a little worried about my sanity. I'm encouraged about losing the weight. I've been stuck with these 20 lbs for over a year after breaking a foot. I simply haven't been motivated and don't feel like I am yet, but I do want to lose them, so will attempt eating right one day at a time.

It usually is in red/pink ink and surrounded by a rectangled box. Sometimes you have to scroll way down to find it. On some articles it may be in a different color but will say to click to earn spark points. In threads like this, once you post a message then go to the right of the page and click on view spark points the computer will add in the points you receive for a post until you have earned all you are allowed for the day. When you see the Spark points earned number if you scroll down the page you will see what other things you can do and how many points you can earn for each item. Be sure to click on get login points and then the spin button to receive points for logging in to Spark for the day.If you have any other questions let me know. It took me a while to figure this out. Be sure, on articles you read, that you check your "view spark points" to claim the points you earn for the task. Have fun and enjoy the weight loss journey. I do hope this was helpful.

look towards the bottom right of the email or to the left bottom on the articles...will be a button that clearly states "Spark Points"...that is what you click.

I am embarrassed to ask the question, but where is the "button at the bottom of the page for Spark points"? I see this on all the articles, etc. I read, but I can't find what I'm suppose to "click".
