I live very close to my work (about 8 minutes), and I've been walking to and from work. I've also been walking back and forth for lunch. This may sound sad, but walking that distance is not easy for me, but I am on a 4-day streak walking to work. I have mixed emotions about this. On one hand, I feel good that I have been walking to work, but on the other hand, I feel like I should be doing more.
Am I doing enough? Do I need to be walking for 10 consecutive minutes, or is it all right to total all the minutes I walk in a day?
