Day 460 - Minnie, I did as you suggested and walked further today - even at a pretty good clip, I spent 12 minutes doing my rounds. So, I can claim the day.
I also got 25 login points, plus another 25 on the bonus wheel, so whoo-whoo! emoticon

The streak goes on, as I got in a second 8-min walk in the afternoon, only I stretched it a little for 9 min + 8 = 17. Eve swim didn't happen. I burnt dinner to a crisp and had to take the DH out to eat. I was bad. Fried everything. And this morning, he brought me a fresh, chocolate covered dognut.

Walked 3.1 miles in 69 minutes before work. Also took two breaks during work to walk half a mile around campus each time.

Day 454 - pitiful start - a 3 min walk. afternoon walk was about 8 min, so I can claim the day. Off to a meeting now, and hopefully to the pool this eve. It's kind of trippy swimming (indoors) when there is a thunderstorm going on outside.

I had good company at the pool and in the whirlpool yesterday. I don't usually see the same people two nights in a row, tho.

welcome dog and mom.
today I walked an hour home from a doctor I should have gone to a while ago. I should also explore other things to do for my tendonitis.
maybe day 56 or maybe day 2. I just did some cleaning and stretching yesterday. day and night ran away from me.

OH NO! My husband took me to a burger joint for lunch. Iweakened and ordered onion rings - oh so greasy and salty and fun, and thye cost me as many calories as the burger! I don't think I will really make it through the rest of this day on 600 calories, so I'd better get crackin' on the exercise!

Day 449 claimable - my 10 min walk this morning was my 12-min route. Feelin' frisky!

Sleepy - keep your streak alive, and you will find it to be a great motivativator. Plus, you will feel better, too. I have 3 planned exercise breaks every day. Sometimes I only get 1 in because other things get in the way, but I get really stubborn about that 1, 10min walk or whatever.

Day 441 - Got my 10 min walk in. I also missed one of my walks. Maybe I can sneek in another this afternoon. More likely, I will take myself off to the pool later. This walking has gotten to the point where it hurts.

Day 436 - well, yay! I finished my 10 min morning walk in 9 minutes and had to keep walking, lol. Finished yesterday with 20 min walking and 25 min swimming - which I think I will go record, right now.
