I've just joined this team! I have been doing Chris's 10 minute exercise since I joined SP, 3-16-12 Yes! It IS a streak! I viewed this team on MISSLIZZY spark page! VERY fun!

yesterday took containers - a lot less emoticon to the shed - and a few sale ones to the van.. have 4 boxes in home for yardsales coming up .. muscles were sore yesterday - but I worked them out .. so better in the afternoon .. using muscles that I normally don't - they are happy now hahaha

I started running today. I could only manage 5 min before I had to walk so I did run / walk intervals. I held out for 55 min total. I think I did pretty good for my first effort. emoticon

FELT GOOD AND DID A LOT AROUND HERE TODAY .. SO DID NOT GET IN THE
EXTRA-CISE.. WELL I DID DO THE BANDS FOR ARMS - ROTOR CUFF TEAR ACTING UP SO HUNG THE RUBBER THING AROUND THE DOOR KNOB AND PULL OUT FRONT WARD AND BACKWARD .. THEN STRETCH ARMS .. WILL DO WEIGHTS TOO

Day 47 - 4 minutes calisthenics, 10 minutes stretch. I need to take it easy as I had mouth surgery yesterday.

emoticon fast walked the park by the marina - mile around .. I did 1 & 1/2 miles of fast walking and up & down the stairs they have - gotten in 9,000 steps so far too .. been a while .. very happy with myself..
but I could walk outside as the heat & humidity had boke and it was a wonderful morning emoticon
