Happy Wed team we are marching right along in Jan hope you are having a safe trip
went to my supper senior class at the gym home getting the wash caught up and tidying up the up stairs as Tom is coming for the Super Bowl just need our team to win on Sunday to make it perfect . no new snow just the old icy stuff not much new to report

Rode 15 mins on my exercise bike. I started out with an easy speed of 13 to 14 mph. Then I did 30 sec sprints between 15 and 16 mph, every 1 and a half mins. for 10 mins. I was sweating up a storm! LOL Love getting these workouts in. I am hoping to increase the sprints to 1 min. within the next 2 weeks.
