Days 38 & 39, Sat and Sun, I swam. Once for over an hour, and the second time I failed to keep track - but at least 45 min. And STILL swimming indoors to avoid the thunderstorms!

From Monday - which was my Day 33, when I walked 20 min or so and swam for 40min
Tuesday, Day 34, missed my walk, but swam for 45 min
Wed. Day 35, missed my walks but swam hard for over an hour.
Thursday today! is Day 36, then, and I am just back from the pool. Swam hard for 50 min.

5-19-15 Today I am getting it right! Feeling REALLY great about what I am doing to reach my goals! I have been VERY focused on my health this month, so far! (I reset all of them at beginning of the month) emoticon I generally always am, but I am seeing the results on my concentrated efforts emoticon . Mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually. DH is also! emoticon I'm thrilled, last week was VERY intense on us, emotionally. emoticon But we talked everything out & are doing AMAZINGLY great! emoticon emoticon

5-18-15 Hi! This & that: Weekend was WONDERFUL!!!! Went to the mountains, unexpectedly, they bought me a hot chocolate with a MOUND of whipped cream. I asked for hot lemon emoticon water emoticon & drank that instead! YES! I just KNEW I would wake up today feeling like junk if I drank it. The group shared mine, so it was not 'lost' but I am down 1.8 since I stated with DH dietitian emoticon !!!!Back to work emoticon k, today & catching up with my life. Made chicken soup emoticon & veggie packs, emoticon today! I'm good for the week! How about you? emoticon

Day 28 - walked to the park and swang on the swings for a while. Took the long way there and back, so the walk was at least 12 min.

I tired after swimming just 40 min last night, and I was so tired at the top of the hill today, just walking, that I stopped and sat on the rock walk for a few before finishing. But I DID walk for over 10 min today, so I claim Day 27 and will pretty much certainly swim this eve. I WISH the water in the outdoor pools would warm up, so I could enjoy the deep water pool, but it has been raining buckets and only getting up into the 60's at the warmest time of the day. Oh, well, it's coming soon!

Today was walking our dog for 40 minutes; Nicholes 9 minute weights for 10 minutes; Sheppard Pilates DVD; & cleaning house for 60 minutes. Exercise is NEVER a problem for me, as I have learned to LOVE to PLAY!!!!! Thanks Chris!! emoticon

Had a successful day at Physical Therapy! I did 45 minutes of leg exercises. The Therapist says that my legs are much stronger than before I started PT. I feel strong and energetic!

Day 22 - got to the health club early as I have a meeting this eve. It was POURING, so I did my walking there, too, except I did something a little different and spent 30 min on the stationary bike watching TV. Felt like a real sloth, but I was tired when I got into the water to swim my 30 min.of laps
