Day 4 20 mins in the AM on the treadmill before work and then 15 mins outside on lunch. Unfortunately came home to a house smelling of burning - DH blew up the treadmill. Plan for tomorrow is lift some weights before work and walk at lunch.

Sunny today! Yeah, great day for exercise! Have any of you joined the fun easy challenges, Spark Guy has going? I'm doing 3 total. I love the quickness of it, all! Check them out on HIS SPage!

Today was 9,000 steps, 4 miles & 60 minutes of Zumba. Also, 10 cups water, 11 veggies.... I'm on a roll & off to dinner!

emoticon 12-18-17 So in 2012, yes, 2012 my DH gave me a Fitbit 1 for Christmas. I FINALLY opened it up yesterday to set it up. It wont reboot, or???? (I didn't want to use it after an old fitness devise broke, I was SO attached I didn't want to go there again). After trying many hours to get it together & not successful, I called Fitbit & they are replacing the broken Fitbit One, with a brand new one! emoticon She said it was a gift emoticon & didn't want me to be sad emoticon . Even after ALL these years! Amazing emoticon ! Now that is costumer service!!!!! They rock & I will be able to roll! emoticon
