Claiming yesterday as Day 133. Spent 75 min treading water, which the tracker says burned 1200 calories. Actually, I don't think I worked that hard at treading water, but it looks good - AND I am claiming to be back in One-derland after the scales read 198 point something for three days in a row. This is where I wanted to be in June for HS reunion, but I'm happy enough about it now. Only about 50 pounds to go - another year at this rate.

Aw, Minnie, I'm SO sorry that you feel bad. Get well soon!
I can't seem to claim painting the walls in this system, even though I work up quite a sweat and find myself tired and sore the next day. Painting our master bedroom is a special challenge because there is a king size waterbed that makes it impossible to edge the ceiling from two sides without doing a tightrope walk along the narrow edge of the bed. It's actually kind of scary, but the DH insists there is NO way the edging will collapse and send me to the floor.
Anyway, I am just claiming yesterday I worked especially hard at doing laps for an hour to claim Day 132.

Yesterday was Day 131 of this streak. I spent 80 min treading water, then kicked it up to get my heart rate up, swimming hard for about 5 min more - like till I was breathless and then some more. So I feel good about that.My doctor insisted that I try statins again, and last time I had lots of muscle pain, fell entirely off my exercise routine and gained a bunch of weight. THIS time I've done some research and besides taking a different statin, I am supplementing with CoQ10 and counting on aerobic exercise to get that stats back in line. I have already learned that I am that 1 in a 1000 who has a bad side effect, no matter what the wonder drug is!

Yes, I made it to the pool yesterday, and swam for 60 minutes to claim Day 129.
Today, I swam laps for 50 min to claim Day 130 (warmed up before and stretched after, too.)

So the 22nd yesterday was Day 125 - walked 65 min and swam 65 min
yesterday was Day 126, swam for 45 min. Tired from painting the ceiling in our bedroom.
Today, Day 127, my phone says my walk was 18 min long, and it was at a pretty good clip, so I can claim the day early, and still swim later.

Day 125, yesterday, I did the min. took a walk outside. Did some stretching inside.
Can't claim today, yet, as I have been in conference with the DH over money matters. BUT, I CAN say that the scales read under 200 this morning for the first time in a loooong time. Not ready to claim that on my tracker, as things are often 'wobbly' and I DON'T want to go down and have to come back up. But it is a victory!

Minnie - I hope that your knee doesn't hurt you too badly, too. I'm so glad I had mine replaced!
I just spent an hour spreading weed and feed over our HUGE lawn. I'm about 2/3 done. I will earn my stripes today - 123 of this streak.

Thanks, Minnie - half-way is good, even though it is for the second time. At this pace, I will be at a good place by this time nest year.
I was kind of stuck and even floated back to 202 for a few days - but I have been running to the pot every hour today, and I suspect I've lost 2-3 pounds that were stuck in 'the pipeline'.
Really cramping and not feeling well at all. It is storming outside and my indoor pool is closed for cleaning. So, I went down to our unfinished and damp basement and spent 11-12 min (just to be covered) on my stationary bike to claim Day 122.
I may spent the rest of the evening in the bath.

Minnie - good Q! check-ion streak is a misspelling of login streak. You made me look, because I didn't know either, lol.

Oh, yesterday was Day 117 - spent 3 hours at the fitness center because of inviting a guest to their special event. Added 20 min stationary bike and some walking to my usual 60 min treading water or swimming laps.

I can actually claim today as Day 115, as well as yesterday (114)
Yesterday I did general moving around in the pool for 65 min or so.
TODAY, I printed out 7-8 resumes with a few copies of my references available and set out walking. I gave them all out, and made it back home, feeling hopeful, in about an hour. People were so nice to me. I really enjoy getting out and about AND I am very proud of the fact that I could walk so far and so fast - including one very steep hill.
