Judy,

I would love to know how changing your diet affects your UC. I have been working on mine but am reluctant to cut out any one food group. I try to ear "real" food 80% of the time but I still have stomach issues on the most random days after eating random food. Keep us (me) updated :)

i just want to wish everyone a Happy & Healthy New Year. It is my goal for this year to learn all I can about eating a low fiber no lactose diet and to stay on it until my body is healed. It is going to be hard to give up my spicy food and a lot of my dairy products but I will do it so that I can have a healthy year.

Wishing everyone a great day and a great New Year.

Judy
