It is really to good to keep a log, you can reference what you have eaten on Spark and then do process of elimination.
Drinking water with meals is a big no no for me, I sip it, but, very lightly.
I have to drink because of the crohns but, not with meals.
Most of my colon is gone, so there is not much to absore the fluids.
I also find stress even tho I think I am not stressed those little things in a day
can add and cause a flare up, so stay calm and remember it may seems bad
at the moment but by the next day it is just one more thing we can adjust too.
Sorry you are not feeling well, it is difficult when you have more then one thing wrong to
try and pinpoint what is causing you to flare up.
Don't give up, it took me 4 years to finally get it and stress under control, but, I am doing
it and so can you.
I also find I eat protein for breakfast, and lunch and it helps me in the mornings, especially
if you work , can be a problem with bathroom issues.
Dairy also triggers mine, so I only eat stuff like when I know I am home.
Let your friends know you are battling a very uncomfortable disorder, you will be surprise
how supportive, helpful and understanding they can be.
