Has anyone tried any of the sparkrecipes? If so, please share.
I have tried the pumpkin soup recipe (the link follows) and I really enjoyed it. It probably isn't for everyone but it was a good way to get a large serving of pumpkin and it is relatively healthy. It was also very easy to make. For those who have trouble getting veges in their diet this would be a great way to mask them and serve them cooked.
