trained with folks at the gym today - the guys were doing a routine they calls 100's

light weight and 100 reps of every exercise - and we worked every bodypart. now this is a routine for muscle endurance definitely not muscle building - they were taking a "day of rest" from heavy lifting. I am sore everywhere and it did not take 24 hours for it to happen either. A good sore and it was fun.

20 min elliptical warmup and 45 minutes resistance training

Good evening everyone,
I stayed at home today instead of going to the gym. I did worked out on the WII instead. I did the biggest loser challenge for 100 Minutes. I received my new scale today and am happy about it. Starting weight in is tomorrow I hope so just in time. I went by the radio station to pick up my husband's check. While there the owner asked me if I knew anything about running a radio mixer. The owner is also my son's English teacher. I told him that I minored in radio and tv and majored in Accounting. He said that we are short handed and am looking for some afternoon help. He said Robert could ride over with me everyday or the school bus could drop him off here. I told him that I would have to think about it and let him know. I retired from Wal-Mart back in 2004 with full benefits and haven't worked since.

Tuesday I spent 2.5 hours working out on the elliptical and the treadmill. I then came home and worked out on the biggest loser challenge for 30 minutes. Yesterday I worked out on the elliptical for 35 minutes and the treadmill for 22 minutes then went over to the bikes and rode one for 40 minutes. It started to snow and supposed to get worse so I left the gym and went shopping to get supplies to eat just incase the electricity goes out we can still eat. While at the grocery store a parent came up to me and asked if the school is letting out early. I told her that I didn't know that I haven't heard anything yet. I called the receptionist in the transportation department to see. Kelly said that she hasn't heard anything yet. I went on about the shopping and another parent came to me and asked if Clarksville is getting out early.
I told the person that I haven't heard anything yet. Before finished shopping the phone ringed. The school district was calling saying that they were getting out at 1. I checked out and loaded the car and decided that since I have missed lunch I would go by a new short order coffee house that is owned by a local radio station. I placed my order and the person was working on someone elses order. I thought that mine will be out in a minute. I waited 30 minutes and went up to the counter. I asked the waiter if he has started on my order yet. He said that he was getting ready to. I told him to forget it and give me back my money I have to go and pick up my son. My husband works for this radio station on the weekend and told me that the food is good. So I went and picked up Robert and said that he wasn't allowed to eat lunch because he had to go to the help center for math tutoring. So I asked Robert if Sonic would be okay for lunch. He said that he would like to try out the new coffee house. I told him no you don't. The service is lousy. The owner of the coffeehouse is my son's Advance English teacher. Robert told me that his english teacher told him that the kids that have all A's in his class each nine weeks gets to work for him this summer at the coffee house. I told Robert that the owner can have you work for him but cannot pay you because it is against child labor laws. That didn't go over good for Robert. We are suppose to have ice coming in after midnight today and lasting until tomorrow night. So I will try and get back on. It will depend if the ice breaks the lines and we have power outage. Today I'm taking it easy and not getting out because of frozen rain. I will probably work out on the WII later.

I have been working out everyday for 3 to 4 hours a day. I am taking a break today to let the sore muscles to settle down. My 12 year old son came to me last week and asked if he could join Sparkpeople. I told him that he would probably have to wait until March 8 when he turns 13. I think that I had read somewhere that the kids have to be 13 to join Spark Teen. One of the the othzer teams that I am own has told me that they would be happy for Robert to contact them and they would put Robert on the weight loss spread sheet for the Winter Challenge. My scale broke two weeks ago so I have to get another. I am hoping that the weght doesn't creep back on.

It wasn't an actual spinning class, but I walked to the gym 2.5 miles and then I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I burned 160 calories on the bike. Not sure how many on the walk right now.

Good evening everyone,
Roberts hives are gone. Dad is still in a sling and is disappointed that he can't play his word searches or sudoku. He broke his glasses when he fell. I dropped Robert off for church tonight and I went to the fitness center for a workout. emoticon 92 minutes working out at the fitness center. 32 minutes was done on the bike and the other 60 done on the strength training machines.

Thanks for the prayers and concerns for my family.

Thursday workout: 1 hour spinning, 1,000 calories burned with 30 minutes in the sauna.

Friday morning workout: After being delayed due to traffic and taking detours all to get to the gym just to find out my spinning class was canceled. Elliptical 30 minutes 381.3 calories burned and Spinning on my own 32 minutes and 544.86 calories burned with 10 minutes in the sauna. I still got it in hard...now take that devil!!

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out.

I spent 67 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 44 minutes. Then attended the emoticon Silver emoticon Sneakers emoticon Class for One Hour.

I then went to the school and helped out in the 4th grade special Education with math and reading. After school my son Robert wanted to go to the gym to work out and I worked out on the weight emoticon machines for 25 minutes.

I lost 4 pounds this week. That makes 12 pounds down in three weeks.

Good Evening Everyone,

Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out. I did emoticon 64 minutes on the treadmill, emoticon 30 minutes biking, emoticon 30 minutes on the weight machines and emoticon 60 minutes emoticon doing Silver emoticon Sneakers Circuit training class.

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out. I spent 38 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 42 minutes. Then I went to circuit emoticon training emoticon class emoticon for 60 minutes.

I came home and did one load of clothes and hung them out to dry then my husband called and needed help with computer work over the phone. I then went and picked up my son and he brought me supper before church. I lost 2 pounds on the scale this week.

Yesterday 60 minutes of bootcamp and 30 minutes on the elliptical plus the sauna...today 75 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes in the sauna today...my workouts along with eating clean is becoming my habit and I'm loving it!

help need some motivation tonight long day at work,time change??dont know but my body just doesnt want to do.Yoga done am and 2 hour walk speed.any sugestons?sorry dont thnk I should of posted here.:(

Last night Spinning for an hour.

Today: Get it in when I can fit it in! On my lunch break I hit the Arc Trainer for 15 minutes and the Elliptical for 45 minutes. My son has a basketball game tonight...I refuse to let this be my excuse for not working out today. Day 4 of going hard this week and eating clean! NO EXCUSES NO ALIBIS...JUST RESULTS!!!!!!
