I have a few Spin DVDs that I like a lot- you can find them on Amazon.

I have Spinning Crank It Up with Josh Taylor (who is a little talky but still good) which does interval training, Spinning Heart Racer with Josh Taylor, does races, and Spinning, Pedal Power is a strength training program. It's a nice substitute for being in an actual Spin class they really bring out the athlete in me.

You have to check out www.spinningfreak.com/ as well! He's an instructor and he posts his workouts along with his playlists. There's an iOS app you can download, but he also provides the workout in a pdf. When you first look at the pdf workout, it looks like another language, but on the cue download page, there's a link to the legend where he explains what everything means and how to follow the workout.

You're welcome LEANTOBE! I actually did one of the free classes today, the spin and core exercise, and it was great! I am surprised I did not get bored due to it being on video, and not in a class setting. It was about 50 minutes of spin and then the last 10 minutes consisted of ab workouts. Good luck!

Thanks for the link. I have a bike for home use and havent been able to stick to it without the class/instructor interaction. Maybe this will do the trick!

Hi everyone!

I absolutely love going to spin classes at my local gym, however, being a new mom to a 7 week old makes it hard to make it to every class. So, my husband recently bought me a stationary bike for the house, and I have been searching everywhere online to find some great spin workout videos. I recently found this awesome website, www.studiosweatondemand.com. The woman that teaches these classes makes the workouts fun and she has great music. Also, with these workout videos you feel as though you are in the actual class, so it makes it more enjoyable. If you go to the website you will notice that you have to pay for each class you download, however, if you click on the access free classes tab you can watch these videos for free for 7 days to decide if its worth spending the money. Hope this helps! Have a great day!
