The polar seemed easy to me but had a couple of friends that could not figure it out real well and I had to show them. Once I did that they got it.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
FOST- I found it easy to program when reading the instructions. Do you have the booklet that came with it?
All HRMs will require programming of some sort; some will be more complicated than others. The Nike one is the only one that I have used so I can't speak of others. If you have questions about it, perhaps you can contact the manufacturer?
Hello Spin Friends. I recently purchased a Nike Imara heart rate monitor and I am having a terrible time programming it. Does anyone use a heart rate monitor that is easy to program? I want a heart rate monitor where you actually input your weight to show the true calories burned. I am having a problem on the Nike heart rate monitor with programming that information. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
