Fitting into the clothes you have is a great motivator! And it is fun to think about donating them when you are too small. =)
I am doing really well with exercise right now. I am waking up early and either putting in a workout video (Walk Away the Pounds) or going to our apartment's exercise room. It seems like good time I get to spend with myself.
