I had two days off of exercising due to illness this week, so I am a little bummed that I won't make my weekly fitness minutes goals, but I am still on track for my monthly goal.

I took a look at my history of weight on Spark People, when ever I am checking in and working the program, I do well. I have been stagnating at my current weight (200-220) for a couple years. I really want to stick with the program and get myself into the 100's and more fit.

It is also raining out today, so what sounds nicer than a nice workout DVD, hmmm?

The spring weather is a great motivation and the thought of being healthy.

Today I did my 45 minutes of exercising! I can do this. What a great motivation...a completed workout.

Fitting into the clothes you have is a great motivator! And it is fun to think about donating them when you are too small. =)

I am doing really well with exercise right now. I am waking up early and either putting in a workout video (Walk Away the Pounds) or going to our apartment's exercise room. It seems like good time I get to spend with myself.

Today my motivation is thinking about fitting into my clothes better and being able to buy smaller sizes!
