Hello!...Yours seems to be the most recent message on this team site so I thought I'd reply to you...this is my firswt time here...I have much trouble sleeping at night...none in the day ONLY at night...get full of anxiety about unwarranted fears and my brain won't shut down so I end up getting up and being up all night...I sometimes can sleep for 1-3 hours then get up, and then can sleep for a few hours in the day...EVERY night I get fears and anxiety again (about the same things), I dread night time so much I am looking for ways to set up a sleep program to try to woo myself into enjoying night time...do you have any suggestions? I am 50 years old by the way, married (though my husband works alternate weeks of nights/days with a week off in-between) Look forward to hearing from you. I live in Alberta, Canada. Linda
