I've been thinking about the team challenges and rather than just choose the challenges myself I'd like your input. What presents a challenge to you personally? What would you like to see the team work towards together?
For instance, even on a bad day I still try and keep my exercise streak going even if my personal minimum is all I can manage.
My current streak is walking a mile with Leslie Sansone each day (now at day 167 as it happens). For those who don't know her, she does aerobic walking in your own home. If you are interested, try searching for her on You Tube and you'll find several free videos there from her time with Exercise TV, among others. Now, a mile with her, including warm up, cool down and quick stretch averages about 20 minutes. This is my personal minimum each day. I find that even on my worst days I can still walk with her as long as I modify my movements. The beauty of the leslie walks is that you don't have to be bouncy with the walk all the time, like Tigger. Sometimes I have Eeyore days too.
So, would a minimum minutes of walking or other aerobic exercise suit you? We can have more than one challenge, so tell me what challenges would motivate you.
Is it eating enough fibre that you need help with?
Drinking your water? That was certainly a challenge for me in the beginning, and I still have my off days with that one, and the fibre intake too.
Why do I keep getting cravings for food I can't resist when I know it will be a bad choice to eat it? Yeah, resisting cravings is a challenge too. :-)
Challenges can be set either as a team challenge at the bottom of the team page, or set up in the Games and Challenges forum.
So' let's get our thinking caps on and see what we can come up with.
I now have a mental image of Winnie the Pooh sat there on a hillock of grass, saying, "Think. Think. Think!"
