I tried something today. Just make a cup of pasta, and add to it some chicken, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots, and you will be full. I make flounder and you can stuff it with spinach and ricotta cheese. I use to go to Diet Workshop and lost l6 lbs, but then it came back, so now I watch what I eat. Lots of veggies really keep you full.

I am on weight watchers and weight watchers is on a point system. Fruits and veggies are no points. At my house my older brother is always talking about carbs and when I buy fresh fruit he always eats it all so I started buying frozen fruit for myself and eating it frozen..it kind of tasted like ice cream. If you buy the no sugar added variety (one cup) put it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds to defrost it for a little bit, then put splenda brown sugar blend, one teaspoon and mix it with the fruit. It should be pineapple, strawberries, mango. Im told blackberries, raspberries are not good for our problem because they break off can cause further pain adding to the infection. But the bowl of fruit and the splenda tastes like upside down pinapple cake without the added calories. On weight watchers it is 1 point for those of you on weight watchers for you on calories its 10 calories for splenda and im not sure what it is for the fruit.
