So... After a year of being stuck on the plateau from hell using the Spark plan, my wife talked me into trying the 4 Hour Body (Slow carb diet) by Tim Ferriss with her. Not only have I suddenly started dropping weight again, but my digestive health has been absolutely GLORIOUS since I've eliminated the majority of white foods (flour, rice, sugar, etc.) from my diet. Eating a TONNE of protein, mainly from beans and lentils so I'm not fighting hunger all day now, either.
Anyone else here tried something similar?
