I've had my weight go up a bit as I sort of strayed from SparkPeople. I'm trying to get back into healthy habits with tracking food better. I've mostly been good about exercise, but I've had a cold that I just can't shake this past three weeks and I'm not doing a lot of aerobics as a result.
I *am* getting better about avoiding trigger foods, so that's something. I've learned that chili con carne = instant flare up now. The same goes for bacon or any sort of greasy meat that I used to love. So things are looking up, I guess.
Is everyone feeling good this summer or still having trouble? I hope I'm on the mend now...Had a horrible June with attacks and a hospital stay. Back to eating regular food and tracking my food to ward off things that give me trouble. So far, so good!! :)
