1. My diverticulitis flare-ups have almost disappeared since I had my gall-bladder removed last year. I think not having something dumping infected pus like material into my digestive tract has helped out a fair bit.
2. I've switched to a mostly ovo-lacto vegetarian diet. Not for moral reasons, but because I got tired of having to carry around a roll of TP and constantly be aware of where the bathrooms were because of perpetual diarrhea.
3. Most my protein now comes from Whey and Casein powder supplements. I eat actual meat infrequently, and it's mainly chicken (no skin) and fish.
4. I killed my old job (www.meadowlarkpc.ca
) and am going full-time with my photo studio. Hopefully this is less stressful.
How is everyone else doing? What are you up to? Have you made any changes that have helped?
