I've been using Spark to log my daily exercise. I'm not really following a particular diet - just eating healthy and paying attention to portion size. The end of August is when I started with daily brisk walking (now doing 3 miles/day). I've been losing weight at about a 1-3 pounds a week and the results have been earning me compliments from women as well as men!

My advice to you is to use the trackers to track food, exercise, and water. Check out the recipes. My family has made a lot of improvements when it comes to eating healthier since we have been trying to cook dinners from the recipes provided here.
