I've been using Spark to log my daily exercise. I'm not really following a particular diet - just eating healthy and paying attention to portion size. The end of August is when I started with daily brisk walking (now doing 3 miles/day). I've been losing weight at about a 1-3 pounds a week and the results have been earning me compliments from women as well as men!
Enjoy using SparkPeople. They have many good and interesting tools.
