Mine would have to be tracking food and drinking water..... even ifi i exercise i dont lose as much as i do when I do those 2 things...

Trying not to overdo and aggravate something or other that brings a hip & knee soreness, I've returned to walking 3 minutes and jogging 2 minutes (on a soft surface, i.e. grass along the sidewalk) for 30 minutes total. This really aids my weight loss like nothing else.
