I'm unsure about the total effect of changing settings--I thought I read that it erases all your previous goals, etc. So if I've lost a lb, have I no longer lost it? :)

On your start page, there's a box on the left labeled "Goals & Progress". Under the ticker labeled "calories burned" you can click on the word "change" to get to your settings. Hope you can find it, Liz.

I can never figure out how to change them... How do I know how many calories to eat if I am not exercising?

I am constantly changing my settings. If I have a week where I know I'm just swamped with stuff and probably won't get fitness minutes in I change my goals for the week to show zero minutes and change my eating accordingly. I'm sure you could do the same for being sick.

I've come down with a terrible cold. (I should have seen it coming. . .I'm the last in the family to have it.) Any ideas on how to modify the Spark Plan until I'm well again? I don't feel like pushing the fitness minutes, and I don't need all the calories if I'm not burning them. Should I redo my settings, or just ignore them, or what?
