I hurt my left hip about 3 weeks ago, overdoing the exercise, I think. Anyway, it's finally starting to feel better. Makes you really appreciate NOT feeling pain.

Almost 2 weeks later and still feeling good. Fitting into most pre pregnancy clothes, but these darn hips are making some not fit. 3rd kid should have known :-)

Amazing how just working out again makes you feel better. I've been doing a Shaun T fitness program this week and ran 5k on treadmill today. I was definitely itching to start again and am so glad my body is agreeing at 4 weeks postpartum. Bye Bye baby weight.
