Okay, so, my New Years Resolution was to lose 20 pounds. So far, I've been doing really well cutting back on calories, fat, and sodium, and I've been trying to cook with whole ingredients rather than getting fast food or eating processed food. Being a college student, sometimes it's hard for me to cook, so obviously I have to eat out sometimes, and in those situations, I've been using the 'Eat This, Not That' book, and I think that's been really helpful too.
This is my problem:
I can find zero motivation to exercise. I'm at school right now, with a gym approximately 1/10 of a mile from me, and I cannot find the will to go. I think that it'll be too much of a hassle. I'm making every excuse in the book not to go. Every single morning I wake up with the intention of exercising that day, but I never ever seem to go to the gym.
Does anyone have any motivation for me? Any suggestions of how to make exercise an activity I would be interested in doing?
