Gina, I am in the same boat. In my case, I think I put so much stress on myself to make sure I didn't lose control *during* the holiday weekend, that when I relaxed I went too far the other way.
The good news is that it's easy to turn it around. I started last night by making sure I walked my dog, even though it was fuh-reezing outside. I try to make sure I get enough rest, because being tired adds to my stress and poor choices. And I just start tracking again.
One of the best things about Spark People - aside from the awesome support - is that there is no punishment or penalty for starting over.
It's not about the last choice you made, it's about the next one.

Forgive yourself and move forward. Posting with your Spark Team was a move forward. These times will happen, but we can redirect ourselves and stop the retreat. I hope you have progress. You can do it! :)

hi everyone, Hope you all had a great holiday. I did fine through the holiday and than right after I lost my motivation to exercise and I have had two mini binges. Any sugestions. Thanks
