Hello everyone! My first time here and I am thanking jammasterd. This is day one and it was interesting to see what I ate and how many calories it was. It's great to see what I can change - I am a very visual person lol. I am looking forward to this and have put it off for too long now. No beating myself up, just moving forward. Thanks jmd for recommending this. It was great to see you again. Way to go on your progress!!! I am a little jealous ttylt.

Hello! I am new here, both to Spark and to Michigan. Me and hubby moved to Ann Arbor just a few months ago. I figure, a new home and job deserve a new me to go with it. Plus I really need some social support because I don't know anybody!!!

It's so good to see you back. I was worried we had lost you. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Fortunately for me, almost everyone in my family is working eating healthy so I was actually able to lose a pound over the holiday. My sister-in-law was home from Bahrain. My daughter was home from Kansas City. My son brought his girlfriend for dinner because she couldn't go home due to her work schedule. So . . . it was great. I only had to cook the turkey and everyone pitched in to clean up. It was one of the nicest holidays I remember - everyone safe, healthy, happy. I'm impressed that you're doing WW AND Sparks. I have trouble keeping up with just one program. Good to have you back! How are you doing with the exercise portion?

Hi!!! How was your Thanksgiving??? I was out of town for the weekend and when I got back I had to study, study, study for a test on Tuesday. I wasn't able to get on and say Hi. I didn't do the best as far as eating goes, at WW, I gained 1.5 lbs in one week. BUT.. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. How did you do? Did you do anything exciting or good for yourself?
That little tracker is more motivating than you think at first glance. It really gets you excieted when you start to see it moving downward away from your starting weight. It feels great to put in the losses.

You'd like a little meter too? I gotta tell ya, I have asked several people how to get one and nobody responds to that question. I do want one and everyone is great about responding but I can't seem to get directions on that. Good luck ...If you find out please let me know.
