I've heard that a gluten-free diet is best for those with IBS-C, in fact most are completely freed from their symptoms.

Might be worth looking into, especially since there are so many new products out that are gluten-free.

hCG stands for Human Choriogonadotropin, the hormone produced by pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy. Research suggests a small, daily hCG injection (approx. 125 IU to 200 IU) results in a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs per day, and often more, when accompanied by a VLCD (very low calorie diet of approx 500 calories).

PLEASE do NOT do the HCG diet!!!!

It is extremely UNSAFE to eat a very low calorie diet!! You will be hurting your body AND your chances of getting pregnant!!!!

Eat healthy. Follow SP advice. Eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day!

So the last 6 momnths has been very hard for me, I have been so overwhelmed with stuff going on and I had lost a lot of weight but the doctors put me on birth control to reg. periods(trying to get prego) and i gained everything back..... so tomorrow I am putting my foot down, getting control of my life and making changes(i always eat healthy) I am starting the hcg diet and hopefully in about 40 days i will be back to my old self and hopefully nature will take its course and I will be thin and then i can hopefully put a bun in the oven:)
