GILDE42 Welcome to Spark people. It's a great place to start your journey. To get the tools you need to keep track of your progress. go to your start page. At the left of the page is all the tools you need to track your food, weight, exercise, etc. Look for the my tools tab once you have it set up. It takes some time to figure out how to use the site. It does get easier. The coaches are very helpful too. It took me a month or two to play with things to learn how to move smoothly around.
