Ok, yes resting is best, but sometimes committments interfere. And now I'm realizing my intense desire for cooked food was from feeling sick ... my "not wellness" symptoms have turned into full blown ... something. All I want to do is sleep, and all I want to eat is soup, but I can really eat just about anything, except raw veggies hurts my throat.
Anyway ... I"m in desperate search of any ideas for foods, recipes or supplements that will give me more energy.
I need to pack today, drive by myself all day tomorrow, have appointments all day Thursday, then Friday through Sunday is 16 hour long workdays .. I can't rest until Monday, and I'm so tired I can't even hardly think enough to pack my clothes.
Anyway, I need to do this, I invested too much to bail, and I want to stay safe. I know I can turn to caffeinated full sugar sodas, but I'd REALLY rather do something else. Nothing I am doing is working, and no one else on Spark has suggestions either (except chicken noodle soup which puts me to sleep, and to sleep in the car, except I have to drive).
Any ideas?
