Well, I am now on the soft diet. Only doing 2 tablespoons of a protein per meal plus I get in 2 protein drinks per day and then it is sip, sip, sip-except when I sleep.
Moving right along-but will be glad when I can get in a little more per meal. But, my Nutritionist says that later on down the road I should be able to to 3-4 ounces per meal.
I was peeking around on some sites and ran across Premier Protein's website. They have some good recipes for their Protien drinks on the site. I will try a few of them.
