I got my butt out of bed even though my hubby wanted to sleep in, and I walked 4 miles at the park. I realize that I've been using SparkPeople and SparkPoints as reinforcers to my behaviorist workout plan... it's working, I love coming in and logging my workouts and seeing the points add up!

that I took the time to allow my body to heal from the currently diminishing sickness. That I helped foster my father moving to a better assisted care facility even though I'm not feeling up to speed yet, but looks like he's on his way to a great facility near his old neighborhood with people who are more his peers.
