On this Friday evening I am grateful for

-a long weekend leading up to me and my hubbys' 20th wedding anniversary, we have grown so much closer and learned many things throughout the years. We have also been blessed with our 19 year old son.
-the fact that our marriage has lasted this long, although, statistically couples that have children with disabilities often get divorced due to the incredible stress this situation causes...
-a great day with the kids again and hubby helping out
-meditation
- the money to pay bills and to buy food
-started reading the spark book on my kindle again
-all of you and your gratitudes that make me thankful that I am a part of this wonderful community
-Gods love and this amazing universe

Thank you all for sharing. Have a blessed weekend all!!

Tonight, I am grateful for:

-All of you and how much I enjoy sharing in what YOU have to be grateful for
-Rain, lots of rain, much-needed for sure, but now I fear flooding because it has been so dry
-Getting out of work early on the Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend
-A great walk-and-talk with a friend, so taking full advantage of that extra time
-Making my favorite salad tonight: spinach, strawberries, red onion, almonds and feta, with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing (or my partner's poppyseed)
-Freezer soups that I make just for nights like tonight when I don't feel like cooking a full meal
-A solid house and roof over my head to shelter me from the storms

Have an excellent evening everybody!

TWINSFITBY40 so glad your son (and therefore you) had a good day! Community Garden, way to go PEACEFULONE! AT enjoy Bulgaria- call me for the slide show!
Today I am thankful for:

*Friday, Friday, Friday!!! (feel like I need to shout something about Monster trucks….)

*posting on both my groups for a few days in a row.

*Football season for college football, Pro just around the corner. Please ladies no hate mail!

*really good day of eating. Low on water, but still time to make that up. Really pleased that snacks are still down- yeah not shopping- hah!

*my back / rib feeling better this morning, after lying on my side an hour last night. Now I just have to figure out how long to do it for my back, but not too much for my shoulder, hip, hand,…. Oh, boy!

*seeing my Chiropractor today for the first time since I started neck PT. I was still very worried to go into a long weekend with my back bad, and wanted it adjusted. It moved pretty good, and I’m hopeful I’ll wake up tomorrow and it feel better- though right now I feel mugged. I also had a great chat catching him up on the last month, and an interesting chat with a lady in the waiting room- I just have to try and open up- hah!

happy happy weekend all, bob

Grateful this Friday night in Sofia
* for extraordinarily comfy hotel beds
* finally feeling caught up on sleep
* that we arrived before Lufthansa went on strike (dear traveling companion is stuck in Frankfurt and missing such glorious experiences)
* for religious diversity and acceptance of such...today hubby and I spent alone time in one of the only two synagogues in Bulgaria, then time with the author of a book on Jewish history, walked out the door and a block away heard the call to prayer, and witnessed a plaza full of muslims on their knees in public worship, then on to a Roman Catholic church, a Russian orthodox, and finally, a traditional orthodox church.....
* again, for the many blessings on my life....all awareness enhanced by experiences while traveling.

Kali, Yeah Hair!!! Maha tell me more about this circle of prison women…….(bad bobby, bad bobby). Sandra so glad you had a restorative sleep!!! Send some zzzzz’s my way. Great accomplishment keeping the weight gain down through all you’ve been going through! Such great inspiration for me. During such times my weight usually goes way up.

Maria thank you for your kind thoughts they are appreciated. So glad your son is playing chess. I think chess helped me learn how to think more than anything else I learned growing up. Whether it’s analyzing, critical thinking, lateral thinking, etc. it has helped me so much throughout my life. Steph, killer that you lost a pound!!! Woo Hoo! And sounds like a great work-out. Sherrie thanks for the "….however often or not."

Today I am thankful for:

*a good day of eating overall- one sweet potato fries serving- I never eat fried food, but had to try, and a diet coke I'm afraid Mazzy. Much more physical activity than usual which was nice, but no aerobic- later when I can get all my disc ducks in a row.

*being on site all morning, which was great and really pumped me up. I had to go out since the foreman was running the ad, and I needed to train the new guy. My rib area hurt, but I did everything I needed, sweated like a pig, and loved it.

*ironies. I have been trying to make myself only read on my back or in a chair and not on my side like I love. It hurts my shoulders and even my collar bone, but it’s hard not to because it’s such a comforting, relaxing position. This week is the first week I’ve been able to have 0 infractions, and I was really proud. Well…………….my mid-back bone spurs were killing me, and we had to skip some things at the PT for my Neck problem today. When I asked him about it, he said I should lie on my side to open up that disk and relieve the pain shooting around my ribs……I said ok, but internally shouted you gotta be kidding! ......ok fine.

*BSing with the PT, and the lady on the table next to me- behind the curtain. She had horrible complications after back surgery- non-back- respiratory failure from length of surgery, pain killers, legs swelled way up, etc., and had to stay in intensive care for 18 days. So she has been down from the pain, and re-hab so I thought a little back and forth during treatment, dose of complaining, pinch of getting on the doctor might help and be a good Rx for her. She seemed to like it, my doctor liked it, and I liked it a lot.

*the lovely Clematis virginica, Virgin’s Bower, blooming all around the house. It’s a beautiful pure white, with al lovely fragrance. I especially have loved a vine that went a bit crazy and has covered the tops of some Azaleas out front, which look like snow caps on top of the mountains. Yes Maha, I’ll post a picture of it.

*iPad today, woo hoo!

have a good night, bob bob

Tonight, as I get ready to head for bed, I am grateful for:

-Isaac being downgraded and despite causing havoc, at least it's less than anticipated
-Taking my sweetie out to dinner tonight (we needed a break after 3 nights of the same meal I cooked Sunday)
-An excellent full body strength training workout today with no pec pain (last week I had slightly pulled my left pec and had to lay off of it)
-A great book I ordered about the Katy Trail, since I'll be riding some of it during my sabbatical (and hope to be able to rent a rick (sp?) frame to put on back to carry my sweetie through some fall beauty near Rocheport, Missouri)
-Another pound gone
-Each and every one of you and all that we share together in this amazing practice

Goodnight Jim Bob ...

Steph lets see getting back your humor a little, let me see…..ok a Lama, a Llama, and a Plumber go into a bar…….keep laughing sweetie, it’ll come back.

Kali, I am sooooooo jealous of you seeing the Allman Brothers!!! Last time I saw them was 1976, Greg was married to Cher, who was sitting to stage right, and the roadies played an amazing warm up set. My problem was I couldn’t see much through the pot smoke cloud.

AZIMAT, now I told you to seek Professional Help, so if your husband wants a fountain feature, give him my advice!!! Yeah Maha great exercise! Mazzy darlin’ thank you for saying I’m a beautiful Sparker- ish!!! Well I do work-out, and talk about a coordinated outfit!

Today I am thankful for:

*hired one guy that seems to be good. Slow response in general finding more, but a nice upswing this afternoon.

*bunches of dollars coming in- all ear marked, but nice to see as it passes through.

*catching up some old Spark correspondances.

*my junk mail app. All I do is register and then snap px. of any junk mail and they remove it, free of cost.

*a super treat. I got a friend request on Facebook of a young Tibetan woman I had helped financially until she was through Astrological College. She isn’t the small country girl of years past, she is quite the modern woman, who works at a large hospital in Delhi, and married a well known doctor. It’s so nice to see her all grown up.

I started helping her because most people like to sponsor monks and not lay people so much, so she hadn’t had any success finding a sponsor. Well old hard-hearted Bob heard this and added her to the sponsorship family- I already had 7 monks, so I was pretty ordained out, and helping a lay person appealed to me. Also Tibetan women aren’t encouraged to go to school, and I really liked her wanting to, and her staying at it.
take care, bob

Tonight, my largest gratitude is what I feel when I read the posts by each of you; all special in your very own way, the simple sharing of hearts - thank you!!

-Kitten paw patterings down our hallway
-The race into our bedroom, with one cat going under (the bed) and the other over (the top of the bed) - way too much fun around here; then the final "who me?" look from each of them -ROFLOL - the adorable little poopers!!!!
-Our comfortable home
-The big Sunday cooking, it's keeping us going all week long so far!!!
-All the Florida peeps being out of harm's way, now thinking of everybody else and hoping for no major catastrophes
-Cracking myself up; gee, am I starting to get a sense of humor back, even a little?

Goodnight all ...

Stephanie

Prayers for those in New Orleons, and the areas surrounding. AT bon voyage! If you need some tips on cheaper data / calls while there let me know. Steph, so glad you got some time off and some cats to snuggle with. Sandra you are too sweet, I worry I go on too much with my check-ins. Wow, how blessed you are to have such friends!

Azimat how wonderful you are in the clear! What a relief! Maha, I hope you get that ride on the ‘Luvvvvvvvvvvvvv Train!’ I also hope the storm helps with the drought areas in Arkansas, and points north and doesn’t flood.

Lovely post CRYSTAL ‘ee.cummings’ JEM! I guess we're the short and the long of it!

Today I am thankful for:

*a very low calorie day! Willpower, focus, commitment??? Actually, no food in the house, and too sore to go out. Hey, whatever works!

*finally posting in the other group, I’ve been active with in the past.

*some good sounding employee prospects I’ll be seeing in the morning.

*already getting the August 31st invoices cued up. Now if I can get those 5 year old ones done.

*neck a bit better. The PT keeps asking about how many pops my neck has between visits, so I put a pop-o-meter listing on my app that tracks my health goals, which gave me a good laugh- 1 pop, 2 pop, 3… my only problem- not that I’m obsessive is how to do it with rankings as to size of pop…….

*doing a few little things. I started a bit ago doing a few very tiny things I couldn’t do while my neck was so acute- such as turning the fan off in the morning, etc. I didn’t want my wife to have to do them, and I was getting a bit too much of an invalid for my case. She offered this morning, and though my mid-back pain was very bad, I said no I can get it- the little bob that’s trying.

take care, bob

Any place is sacred ground, for it can become a place of encounter with the divine Presence.
-- David Steindl-Rast, A Listening Heart

Good morning,

Off to university soon. But first~~

~ fantasies about taking the Amtrak Coast Starlight from San Francisco up to Seattle and then ferrying over to Vashon Island next summer, stopping along the way to visit friends, including from SparkPeople -- certainly a visit with Sherrie would be a necessity! It all begins with a thought!

~ got breathing practices and sit-ups done this morning, bicyling will have to wait for dusk

~ slow getting into homework, but that too will change as the semester gets under way

~ trust, a delicate and fragile quality that I'm testing right now

~ so happy that Sandra's feeling better-and-better and that her skills and gift are being put to good use in her new job

Blessed be,

This Tuesday morning, I give thanks for ....

~ Bob, I can't tell you how much it means to me that you comment on everyone's posts and of course mine in particular. Bob articulates what I feel about each of you, well maybe I don't have his sharp sense of humor but I wish I did. LOL

~ Friends who know how to "be with" me when I'm struggling and know there is no amount of "doing or talking" that will make me feel better (or worse). "Being with" is the ultimate gift.

~ Maha for "being with" me on Sunday

~ A good day at work yesterday, which is a good thing because I had my hardest teenage client yet. She has obviously been let down by a lot of adults and it will take time and patience for her to trust yet another therapist (or perhaps a therapist for the first time). All I can do with her right now is "be with" her in her pain.

~ Henri Nouwen for introducing me to the idea of "being with" someone in their pain and explaining why the "fix it" gene can be detrimental to helping. If you haven't read the Wounded Healer, I can highly recommend it. It applies to all of us, not just those of us in the helping professions.

~ Enough for today. As always, I life worth living, possibilities & freedom to choose.

May your days shine brightly,
Sandra

Bob - Thanks so much for your well wishes. AT - Safe travels. All the Florida folks; I'm thinking of you!

Tonight, I end my day focusing on what I have to be grateful for, including:

-My 6-hour cooking spree yesterday netting us lunches and dinners for a good part of the week (you KNOW when I spend an entire Sunday in the kitchen chopping lots of veggies by hand into various dishes that I'm needing some restorative therapy!!)
-Being able to take a day off work today just because I didn't feel like dealing with it
-Making my phone call today regarding my difficult decision, while being sure it's the right choice
-Good books
-Snugly cats today while I was reading on the couch
-Yummy dinner, so easy since I did all the work yesterday

Goodnight all ...

Posting gratitudes early, because our house is in a frenzy....
SO much today - SO many things to be thankful for!
* Being able to do last minute stuff on line (mail and newspaper holds, pay bills in advance, etc)
* REMEMBERING to notify banks we are leaving the country (anyone who has ever witness someone at an ATM in a foriegn country who hasn't done that will totally understand how grateful I am to have remembered at the last minute
* All of you....knowing you will be here upon my return to the states. (God willing....)
* Michele, who so graciously agreed to set up the SEPTEMBER 2012 thread!
* The opportunites that present themselves through this trip....meeting the uncle of a friend in Sofia, a cousin of my aunt's husband in Belgrade, and finally, while in Bucharest, meeting the wife and family of a wonderful new friend, who is away from them, working in Germany.
* Having learned (only has taken me 25 years) to recognize signs of my husband's stress, and to "back off" knowing it will pass... NO ARGUEMENTS allowed before our trip! (and that means me...zipping it.)

I will only have intermittent internet access for the next couple of weeks... pray for safe travels, and know that my thoughts are with you....and I will post if/when I am able! Otherwise, see you in September!

~~~Kathy~~~
Scales lie. Pants don't lie.
~~~

If the only prayer you ever say is "thank you" that shall suffice. ~~~~~~ Meister Eckhart

AZIMAT I’ve been worrying about you on the gulf, hope all goes well for you! It sounds like you are clear, now we have to pray for all the others it is baring down on. Sherrie ‘Hubby in general agreement’. I was trained that I should totally agree with everything my wife wants. Tell me about this general idea???
Sandra, so glad you are doing better, and have the help you need- and the wisdom to ask for it. I bet it was scary. On another issue Sandra, I’ve almost finished spending the $1382.00 “we” got from the insurance company. Just a few more pages of the Sears catalog to go through before I’m finished.
Way to go TWINSFIT hitting your goals! KNUJU glad you are re-sparking! Way to go with your long walk! Stephanie so glad Beth was ok from the fall, so glad you had no plans after this, hope your Sunday was relaxing and got your spirits back up.

Today I am thankful for:

*a very creative movie I watched this weekend. I wasn’t expecting the style or the story, but should have known since it was a joint Japanese / Polish endeavor.

*no diet coke this weekend.

*good PT visit today, despite my neck going backwards quite a bit this weekend, and the rib-pain.

*my PT doing some extra work on my bad mid-back discs a bit, since the nerves going around my ribs were really aggravated by the bone spurs. I think he was just tired of me going ooh, ahh, ouch and having to ask if it was neck each time- I am a tad expressive- hah!

*a friends Vet, who went to her house to put her little dog to sleep in it’s own bed. It provided her some comfort in the midst of her pain.

*my google satellite images, and text px. getting me out of going to a job today. Ain’t technology great! bob

Grateful this breezy Monday afternoon
-for radar, I look at it every day, but when there's a hurricane brewing, it's one of my best friends
-Sandra's return to health
-Happy Birthday, Sherrie

-DH patching that little leak on the patio roof,
-son cleaning out the downspouts

-another big project crossed of the 'needs to be done sometime' list
-Oprah's interview of Gabrielle Douglas and her host family. What a delight.
-the Weather Channel, they go on and are often ridiculous, but the info is there

Grateful tonight
* For being able to spend a relaxing day at my son's home...enjoying their property, their views, their new pool.
* Youngest granddaughter after putting on her goggles, noted "Grandpa's hearing aids are on the bottom of the pool!" "At first I thought they were fish hooks!" (He'd forgotten to take them out when he dove in and didn't even realize they were missing)
* Uncooked rice....hopefully keeping them in over night will dry them out and they can be salvaged.
* Housesitter prepped and ready
* My life as a whole. SO many blessings including my comfy home, my physical abilities - even after abusing my body so much over the years, my background and education, the parents I have, my dear son and his beautiful family, my husband, my friends and neighbors, my creature comforts, and the place and time in which I was born and now live....

Good morning,

So happy to be here with you in this important practice~~

~ Maria's perfect Goethe quote after my feeble attempt of sending joy and insight to a friend temporarily wheel-chair bound who had a melt-down last night

~ getting back into sit-ups yesterday -- did 160

~ a wonderful newsy note from Kathy which I hope to answer before she takes off

~ the opportunity to spend time with and comfort a heart-broken friend today who has just split up with her boyfriend

~ a 20-min. aerobic bike spin yesterday, a symbolic attempt at getting aerobic activity consistently back in my life -- hope to do the same this morning before taking off to rendezvous with Sandra (yay!) for breakfast

Blessed be,
xox

Saturday thanks...
* For getting more last minute errands run. And taking back shoes that were in my closet for AGES, and getting equal exchange on the new ones! (same with hubby's pants...he had some old ones with labels, and exchanged them for SMALLER ones!) REI rocks.
* Phone call from former co-worker who has been struggling with health issues. Ability to share gratitude journaling practice. She was so excited, and stopped her tears!
* Hubby's amazing patience this afternoon
* Refocusing after slamming my toe into a bookshelf
* Pain medications. RARELY take them, but when I need them, and do....they WORK!
* Running into friend from Bulgaria tonight, and sharing the excitement of actually being able to visit with her uncle while we are in Sofia! What joy!
* Gazpacho. (I have the BEST recipe - if anyone wants it. Send a spark message, and I'll get it to you. Might not be for a couple of weeks, but I will.) My summer addiction. Last summer, cold beet soup. This summer Gazpacho.

Tonight as I get ready for bed, I want to end my day the same way I started it by putting my mindset toward gratitude:

-Absolutely NO plans tomorrow
-Making a difficult decision today that I will act on Monday
-A not-so-great day today, but I made it through, as I always do
-My partner not seriously hurting herself when she fell at the movie theatre this afternoon (although I felt like my heart stopped again - I HATE MS and detest what it is doing to her life, and mine)
-Got my hair done today so at least my gray isn't showing any more
-A little bit of rain; we need more and they predicted more

Goodnight all ...

Very grateful this morning for
-good health
-unsettled weather: I know, I know there's a hurricane scheduled to hit exactly right here, the National Hurricane Center's landfall dot is on my house, but I love this part: the trees quivering ever so slightly in anticipation, the promise of nature's housekeeping blowing the dead litter from the trees, the cool breeze blowing from an unusual direction, the high flung clouds moving in majestic slowness. Nobody ever talks about this part of a hurricane.
-faith that we will make it through whatever happens weather wise
-new awareness-es almost every day about food - did you know that just one of those silly strung cheese sticks is 80 calories?
-my new wheeled trash bin, hey, it grabs ahold of the trash bags and it's making the landscape clean up easier
-and all the many blessings of this life

This Saturday morning, I give thanks for ...

~ good news ... I went out last night and heard some great jazz ... not so good news ... I have a long way to go before I am back to good health ... more good news ... I cancelled plans for today to continue the process of recovery ... I am taking care of myself.

~ an understanding friend

~ considering going to a movie this afternoon, not as demanding as previous plans

~ gaining greater insight and empathy for my clients through my own experiences

~ vowing to curb my voracious appetite, starting today

~ as always, a life worth living, possibilities & freedom to choose.

Shine,

Tonight, as I end a long week and prepare to sleep, I want to focus on what is so important in my life. I am grateful for:

-My incredibly understanding partner
-Another great week of healthy eating and exercise
-Burned LOTS of calories tonight at my tennis playoff - played for two hours solid; I am drenched and tired. I did not win, but gave my opponent a good ride for her money (and that feels very good since I'm at least 25 years older than she is)
-Our three amazing little kittens, turning into cats now
-Getting my hair colored tomorrow and it is time!!
-A weekend, perfect timing for some needed R&R

Goodnight all ...

YEAH, YEAH!!! KALIGIRL!!! So glad you had your last full treatment today! KUNJU108 really liked the weight loss focus of your post yesterday! I need to do better at this myself. With that said, TWINSFITBY40….I might have some questions later about your new Goat perspectives…..do they call to you???
Maha is dynamic another way to say quickly jumping around mind??? AZIMAT I’ll be over tonight for Black Bean burritos and a reading of the new ‘Practical Sufism’ book.

Today I am thankful for:

* for getting a clearer picture of how huge I am at PT. I sit in a chair with my shirt off at first while he does heat, electro-stim, and ultra-sound. Due to the chair size or how I sit, I clearly see how huge my stomach is. I realize I don’t have any mirrors, except at head level, and in the pool I don’t even have this perspective, so it’s a good wake up.

*how happy my wife is that I found her a Cycling race this week. It’s the US Pro-Challenge through Colorado. She luvvvvs it. I listen and look at my RSS feeds on my pad, so all are happy.

*it’s Friday!

*coming up with a job description out of left field yesterday, that may enable my lead foreman to stay in a different role, and not leave the company. I was stressed to show her my idea, because it’s so good, if she turned it down flat, it would be tough to take. I went ahead and tried it on her today, and she said she’d think about it, and does want to stay, but didn’t know how. I am pleased I went ahead, and either way I’m pleased I did the best I could to retain her.

*Craigslist allowing me to run a free ad, instead of our local paper I have always used, that charges $385.00 dollars per ad- the cost keeps going up and up- we need people even if she stays.

*eating at home two days this week. It’s healthier, but since moving the business to my house, I have kept going out to keep some since of normalcy and social contact.

take care, bob

So blessed tonight....
* For cleansing tears, related to all the losses I've had to confront in the past few weeks.
* For my husband, all that he gives me, all that he is, and all that he is not.
* For my dear friend who survived a 12.5 hour surgery, month in the hospital afterwards, and is now home, on the mend and cancer free.
* For her husband who has been her rock through this entire, horrific ordeal. How he has kept her circle of friends in the loop at all times, and been at her side continually
* For pain, being the greatest teacher.
* In all of this...keeping a sense of humor.

Tonight I am grateful for
-gaining new perspective about my goals
-starting a 100 day challenge and reaching all of my goals on day one
-having a bit more energy and less pain today, yay!!!
-finding the missing pair of socks I was looking for this morning and the culprit oblivious to the fact that I was all day questioning whether I took them out of my drawer or not. Culprit being my little kitty that was playing with them under my sons bed earlier this evening as though they belonged to her. lol
-going over to my sisters' house for a little while and getting in my daily steps
-figuring out, through deep reflection, that I have to let go of the image of who I was a few years ago before my brain surgery and realizing that I am not any less the person I was then rather I am more.
-learning from life's pain and suffering, that there is a reason for absolutely everything that has happened in my life
-believing in my heart and soul that God has something marvelous planned for me and in turn for this amazing universe we all share
-all of you that share with me in this humbling experience of gratitude
-my son, dh and entire family

Blessings to all, Goodnight Maria

Tonight, I prepare to sleep focusing on what I have to be grateful for, including:

-A wonderful evening with friends and particularly our dear friend, Kathryn, as we got to witness her first performance this year due to thyroid surgery - I said, "She's back" and she howled. It fills my heart, and with great music to boot
-Letting myself get by with only 25 minutes of exercise today; I'll take it ... !!!! So much better than none for me.
-Being able to eat healthy and have one nice glass of white wine
-A quiet room being available at work, previously unbeknownst to me
-Trying to decide what to do as our kittens will be turning a year older next month, as will both my partner and I
-My new computer; it is SO nice after having used my old faithful dinosaur for so long
-Our home, with its imperfections and perfections

Goodnight ...

Stephanie

Steph now you hear cats calling……oh yea way better, sure…..what else calls you??? Ann loved the 8/21 line- to have navigated successfully today, not getting lost once. Really great phrasing!
Yes Sherrie, but it was a bit questionable once the pain meds wore off, getting better now. AZIMAT I have one suggestion for your new garden area- get professional help! Watch for me at a street corner near you with my sign- Will Garden Design for low-cal food.

Today I am thankful for:

*my therapist summing up things I say and trying to get me to see the progress I am making, or how positive an action or group of actions is, despite my negative or half-hearted assessments.

*an interview with an author, whose book I am trying to read. I have heard wonderful reviews of the book, but I am having a hard time getting into it. Hearing the interview and his approach in writing it has gotten me re-enthused to get back into it.

*google maps. A client needs some work at her companies offices out of town a bit, which we haven’t worked at since 2004, so no current employees have been there, but with google maps, I can show them the building, even shrubs with the satellite view, and show them what to do without going out there.

*not over-eating after getting the body blow Tuesday, that my lead foreman is quitting. Her health has been bad the last couple of months, and this is hard work so I understand, but it will be very hard replacing her. I’ve given her time off, let her leave early, etc. and nothing has worked. I’ve been cool with her, but maybe I should try holding my breath and jumping up and down until she agrees to stay……maybe just a super sad, pouting look, but with breathing and no jumping????

*feeling ok, for the first time at PT today. Not so much pain, especially doing the exercises / weights.

*simply having a vehicle. While I was in PT, I heard a lady who had called for a cab, repeatedly calling back asking for them to come get her. She ended up waiting 3 hours to be picked up, after her PT.

take care, bob
