For me it's getting in as much exercise in the winter to keep up with everything. It can seem so hard most of the time to get out and do things when there is so much snow and ice that I wouldn't risk driving some days, let alone walk or run outside! I guess that is what treadmills and stairs are for, right?
It's well and truly the end of summer here in the northern UK. Pride parades have been marched and barbeques had. Now it's time to bed down and prepare for another cold winter - the biggest challenge for many of us will be to maintain new or emerging changed 'food tactics' while we try to keep warm.
What's your season shaping up like? Are you expecting any particular difficulties in the coming months? Antipodeans, you'll all be warming up round about now - how was it for you guys?
